Repair Process
1. Repair request form
Complete the repair request form. Include as much detail as possible about your item. Check out our pricing guide and terms and conditions before submitting the form.
2. Drop off your gear
Head to a drop off location and chat to the lovely staff to submit your item. Make sure you attach the tag provided at the counter with your name and contact details.
3. Assessment and Professional repair
We collect and assess your item. If you have requested, we will then inform you of the cost before completing your repair. Then we complete the repair.
4. Pay
Once the repair is complete, an invoice will be sent to your email for payment via e-transfer. Once payment is received, you will be notified when your item is available for pick up.
5. Pick up your gear
Return to your drop off location to pick up your item.
6. get out there!
Go enjoy the outdoors with your freshly fixed gear! All repairs come backed with a warranty on our stitching - We want your gear to last!
