Warranty Infomation

Quality and long-lasting repairs are important to us. People are what make our business, and we value you trusting us with your gear. That’s why we back our work with a stitch warranty.

We guarantee that the stitchwork on our repairs will be free of defects. We promise that if a repair is not up to this standard, we will reassess and repair it free of charge.

If you have a item that does not meet this standard please contact us so we can solve this.

Our ‘stitch warranty’ covers the workmanship of our stitching. It does not cover fabric, the original stitching, or blatant misuse of a product.

Terms and Conditions of Repair

  • Clean items only – Please wash your items before drop-off. 

  • We do not repair safety equipment (e.g. harnesses, lifejackets, etc.) or child carriers.

  • All repairs are assessed case by case. Submitting an item does not guarantee it can be repaired. If an item cannot be repaired, we will contact you. You can pick it up or choose to have it recycled through us. 

  • Turnaround times are not guaranteed. Each repair is unique and may require materials we do not have in stock. We will contact you if the wait time changes significantly.

  • Pricing estimates may vary depending on the repair. If additional work or materials are needed beyond the original estimate, we will provide an updated estimate before continuing.

  • Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes.

  • Invoices must be paid within 30 days. Overdue balances may be charged a 5% monthly fee. We reserve the right to hold your item until payment is received.

  • At this time, there are no current formal certifications available for repair technicians in British Columbia. This means that I am not certified for services such as seam sealing. Once this certification is available, I will obtain it.
